    Default Calcium Hardness

    My CH was/is on the high side. I had a reading of 550, drained about 25% of the pool and refilled, and it is now 425.

    FC = 7.6
    TA=100
    Temp 76-80

    Do I need to worry about lowering the CH or is it ok where it is at? If I need to lower, is there a better way than draining the pool?

    What type of pool do you have? What do you use for chlorination?
