Please help with Identifying a Hayward Variflow Valve

Hello all,

I have a system with an old Hayward variflow valve that is cracked and leaking so I need to replace. The model number is long worn off so if someone wouldnt mind telling me which model I need to purchase and what other materials I may need to complete the swap. They dont make multiports like they used to. That appears to be a SPX712-2AA, or a SPX712-AA the difference is in the threads. One is buttress threads while the other is V-threads. You will not know til you take it off to tell which it is. Notice there is no compression band. If it truly is Hayward and not Praher then the model number will be molded on the bottom of the valve once it is removed.
