Try drilling a hole in either side handle (above the water, but out of sight) to let the air out. There also should be a base in the water that sits on the bottom. If not, you need one. If there is one, you can put a bag of sand on it between the ladder and the wall and that will hold it down.Originally Posted by rrivera62

Check the top of the ladder, there may be little plugs on each side that come out so you can pour the water in. Ours blended in so well, I thought we had to drill too, but DH found them and we filled water there. Problem fixed!
