    Default closing AG pool

I ran flex hoses under my deck this year. I plan on leaving them out there over the winter and blowing them out. Do I need to put caps or something on the ends? Was thinking maybe just a bag and rubberband it.....

    Default Re: closing AG pool

I have unions on my pipes and when I take it apart for the winter, I cover the open ends of my pipes with a plastic grocery store bag and duct tape around the bag (so I don't get duct tape goo on the pipe). Then I put two pieces of duct tape over the end in an X to give the hole a little strength and then wrap another length around.

I the spring, I just cut the bag and duct tape away with a knife - being careful not to damage the O-ring seat.
