Your numbers look pretty good except that with a CYA of 80, you need to be keeping your chlorine between 5-10 all the time. How did your CYA get to that level? What kind of granular chlorine are you using?

You are right that running the pump 24/7 is excessive unless you are fighting something in your water. Generally, 8-10 hours per day should be fine.
