Default Relationship between gallons of bleach and ppm?

If I am trying to increase FC by 3 ppm in a 35,000 gallon pool, is there a formula that is used to determine a starting point for the number of gallons of 6% bleach to add? Thanks

In 35K gallons of water, each 1 gallon + 3 quarts of 6% bleach will raise FC by 3 ppm. Each gallon will raise it by 1.7 ppm.
