Smartphone with Qwerty keyboard

Anybody have a Samsung Captive Glide smartphone and have any comments yay, nay or otherwise about it?

Or, does anybody have a different smartphone with an actual keyboard that they recommend? I hate typing on a touch screen.

I have an original Motorola Droid wich has a slide-out keyboard. I never use the keyboard because it is completely flat and I can't feel the difference between keys. I think it's because of my BigThumbs as my wife uses this keyboard all the time. If the keys were just a little convex I'd be much happier.
