Default aqua bot pool rover jr

    Hi all,
I have the above cleaner for my AG vinyl pool. On the cord that plugs into the transformer is a BIG note saying 'DO NOT REMOVE THE CLEANER FOR 20 MINUTES AFTER CYCLE FINISHES' (or something like that). now my question is 'WHY NOT'. If i unplug the cord and the transformer, why can I not remove the cleaner right away?

    Any thots?

    Mike

I would try calling their customer support folks and asking that question..obviously they have something in mind, but I don't know what it could be.

The reason for leaving it in the water for 20 minutes after shut off is to allow the motor to cool. In the manual for my aquabot it says that the water cooled motors may overheat and may be damaged if they are removed from the pool immediately after shut off.
