    We need a lot more information to be able to help. Please put your pool's information in our pool chart so it will be easier for us to give you good advice.

    We also need some current water testing results taken with a drops-based kit (no test strips) and a list of all the things you have added to the pool. (Ingredients and not just 'shock.')
