Sorry, but I can't help with this one but hopefully you'll get a reply soon from someone who can give you some guidance. I just wanted to welcome you to the Pool Forum and let you know that you weren't being ignored!
Checked my chlorine level this a.m. and it was ZERO. Checked MSSG and it showed no lights, i.e. No Power. Tried circuit breakers and checked fuse - all OK. Still NO POWER.
Any ideas?
Thx, Joe

You'd better break out the bleach -- if you don't, once you get your SWCG working again, you'll likely have ANOTHER problem to deal with -- algae!
BioGuard has made it difficult to get service info on their units -- typical of their 'customer oriented' approach to pool care, but I'll give you some relevant info, and then some links. I have no personal experience with the MS/Aquarite SWCG's so that's the most I can do.
1. Your unit is a re-branded Goldline (now Hayward) Aquarite, but may lack the self-cleaning feature.
2. This post has info about getting the Mineral Springs manual:www.poolforum.com/pf2/showthread.php?143803. This post explains about the 'special' Mineral Springs salt:http://www.poolforum.com/pf2/showthread.php?150524. And these posts has a bit of trouble-shooting info:http://www.poolforum.com/pf2/showthread.php?15052Good luck!
