I'm trying to use the pool year around. It seems unlikely that regular removal and installation of a safety cover would be an enjoyable routine.
Simmons99 helped point me in the right direction.

I already have an isolated and gated pool area. I am presently looking at the cost and performance differences between the "Poolguard" and "Aquaguard" sub-surface pool alarm systems. I have also requested a quote for a "Sonarguard" system, which seems to be the best of the best.

Once again I've picked a product without a lot of independent consumer opinions and ratings readily available, the "Aquaguard" and "Sonarguard."
