Default Can I leave solar heater cover on when pool is not used

I have a 24ft ag pool. Tried the solar cover once but became frustrated trying to take it on and off daily. Tried cutting it into wedges but could not get in place correctly.

since the pool is rarely used more then once a week can the cover be left on until we use it?

Sure, I leave mine on except when I'm swimming, cleaning or shocking.
