    Cool 1/2 box of Borax added to skimmer

    Foaming water in NC, is this how my night will end with a foaming pool?
    I am trying to raise the ph level in the pool I wasn't getting a reading on my testkit, it was pee yellow.

    Borax doesn't cause foaming. Has to be something else.
