Default 24 foot Freedom Pool from Rec Warehouse

I am in the market for an Above Ground Pool and have been looking for used ones. I found a 24' Freedom Pool from Rec Warehouse and am going to look at it. If I purchase it, I will be taking it down, moving it, and putting it up myself. I am pretty handy and have no doubt I can do it with the right information.

    I have a couple of ?'s:

What do I need to look for to make sure this is a good purchase being that it is used?

Is this a decent quality pool when new?

How can I find assembly instructions?

Thanks in advance for your help!

I don't know anything about that particular pool, but if you decide to buy it, I would ask the folks selling it to you for assembly instructions. One thing I would do before anything else, though, is to do some research and make sure you can get replacement liners for it...usually when you drain a liner pool, the liner shrinks and then will not stretch back out when the pool is refilled. Generally, you need to start with a new liner. If you can't get new liners, then you're stuck with a pool you can't use. (Maybe the sellers would throw in a new liner as part of the sale?)

    Welcome to the forum!!

You gonna be able to inspect it before you commit to buying it? And, by that, I mean take it down? There may be rust on the inside of the walls that you can't see until the liner is removed. I'd hate to see you plunk down your money because the pool looked good on the outside and then find out once it was yours that the walls were rusting.

(When I replaced a liner in one of my pools several years back, the walls looked fine. But, once the liner was removed, I found rust.)

That's advice I had not seen yet. Thanks so much! Going to look at it tonight.
