I'd keep the FC at shock level (yellow-orange to orange) until you can get an accurate measure of FC and CC. Your endpoint for shocking is loss of less than 1ppm FC between sunset and sunrise and less than 0.5ppm CC. We generally reccomend maintaining shock level an additional day for good measure.
