My wife and i recently purchased a house. The home came with a pool and one of the skimmers is currently not working. The pool still works and cirrculates fine without it but I would like to repair it. I was told that water froze and busted the pipes. I am not sure yet where the break is but I am looking for advice on how to repair this (without digging up concrete if possible).

A very popular question, but one without a good answer. As I told someone the other day, if you find one, don't waste time applying. Instead, go get a patent attorney, and spend the money putting him to work. That way, in a few years, you'll be able to hire someone else to build you pretty much any sort of pool you can imagine.
