I'm not sure why your local pool dudes refused to touch the job. The corners look like they'll go back in easily enough. I think the trouble may be that the wood is rotting, hence the screws pulling out. (speaking of which, I pray that none fell behind the liner!!)
I notice that the one place that the screw is still holding is where the liner was patched.
IF you can do this, the biggest problem I can see is that you'd want to lower the water to do the repair and the liner may not have enough life (stretch) left in it to be able to reattach it. (you'll want to check out THIS for both the corners and the side wall liner re-installment.)
