My pool is 7 years old, inground with liner. Water is perfect. My plastic outlets and skimmer are old and ugly. How can I get them looking new again? Are they difficult to replace? Thanks in advance

You might get a better response by posting this in the stains section of the forum. I have this issue with my pool. In my case, it's due to high iron content from well water. I put a handful of vitamin C tablets in a sock and use it to clean the steps, returns, skimmer, light bezel, etc. The vitamin C quickly removes the iron stains. Your staining may be caused by something else, but it's cheap and easy to give this a try. If you find it is due to iron, there are several good sequestrants you can use to help keep the iron suspended in the water. I use Jack's Magic Purple Stuff since I have a salt chlorine generator.
Good luck!
