Default Install gone wrong? Patio Blocks felt under liner

Ugg.....We had an 18' above ground pool installed last weekend and one side of the pool had to be raised 1 1/2 feet. The company used a mixer of dirt and sand to do this. They proceeded to install the pool on 12" patio blocks under each post. Now that we were able to use the pool, we 2 of the patio blocks through the liner....the sand has seeped out from the high side of the pool where they had to raise it. Of course, the installer isn't returning my calls.

Any suggestions on how to fix? Or should we empty the pool and have the base redone?

Sorry, upgraded your membership, but then didn't get thread moved. All done now, so everyone can see, and you can post. (Sorry, but I can't answer the question myself.)
