Default Need help identifying my pump type

Then from there want to work out my problems with the pump. I have green algae filled water and when i try to vacuum the sides it spews right back out the outlet holes in the system. What i want to know is what parts i have and what i need to do to them to make them work correctly.

If dirt's blowing back into your pool, the problem is the filter, not the pump.

Post the model number and manufacturer of the filter.
