Hello! In the process of purchasing a new AG pool, either30' or 33'. I've decided to go with a SWCG system, and wonderif there's any reason that I couldn't plumb in an SWCG intended for in-ground pools. Am I missing sometjing? Thanks!

I don't know the answer to your question but ...... are you aware that SWCGs usually void the warranty on AG pools?
Yeah, and my understanding is that it's due to the possibility of corrosion from the presence of salt. I'm buying a good quality galvanized pool, so that should minimize most of the problems, but regardless this pool is just a temporary solution at the new house that I'm buying and moving into the first of July. I'll eventually be going in-ground, but that will likely be a year or two down the road. Thus my question, in trying to think ahead about equipment that I could purchase for this temporary pool that would also be able to be used on my future in-ground.
they should function the same, regardless of above ground or inground. Some above ground models may come with a specialty 110 volt plug or barbed fittings, but other than that, it's basically the same.
