Hello,
The hose on my Navigator keeps getting entangled resulting in a substantial decrease in cleaning range. Before anybody even mentions it, stretching the hose out on the deck for a few days solves nothing - in a matter of a few hours it's tangled again. Anyone know enough about the inner workings of this device that would cause it to loop the hose so consistently? My theory is that that is is rotating clockwise more often than it is CCW - but the pods move freely equally and there isn't anything I can see that is hindering the mechanism intrnally.
Any ideas appreciated.
TIA

Suckers that we are, we spent over 3 grand to do it and still had the same vacuum problem after all that....and the guy who came to do the diamond brite job said "You don't have any scale in this pool!" So obviously that wasn't the problem with the vacuum!
