If it's not going to zero with the pump off, you're better off replacing it. It only takes getting wet and cold once to make them malfunction, and they're fairly inexpensive. I end up replacing mine every year.

Janet
Janet, do you buy a replacement at a pool shop or Sears?
Steel-sided, 7,186 gallon Above Ground Pool
Hayward 150 lb sand filter
Hayward Power-Flo LX Pump (1.5hp | 70 GPM)
Taylor K-2006 test kit
I don't know if Sears sells them or not, but usually place like Walmart do.
Walmart if they have them in stock, local pool store or online if not.
