Default installing new deck and coping

i had concrete deck around my pool. it was not that bad but every now and then it gave me issues like cracks or pieces coming out.. so i have decided to replace the concrete with interlocking (while doing the backyard patio) so the stones go all the way to the pool. now, the contractor could not save the coping stone while removing the concrete and now I have to replace the coping as well..
what is the best option for the coping stone? take one from Unilock? they brought some samples but the concrete pool wall thickness is about 35 cm while the stones are 30 cm max.
