You could try connecting the light to a standard switch instead of the controller and toggling the switch to see if the light changes colors. If so, problem is in the controller. Better yet, call pentair tech support: 800-831-7133
I have a new pool with the Pentair Intellibrite 5g Light in it along with the Pentair Easy 8 Controller. The light will come on and displays in a red/blue light, however it will not change colors. I have went thru all of the modes and lights without any success. When the pool was 1st built, the light would go thru all of the colors but it will not do it now. Any suggestions?
