What system do you have?
Have you checked your power to the power supply (make sure you have voltage going to it)?

It's a Hayward aquarite with a t-9 cell. Power to the board is good fuse is good and the thermistor is good. I think it was damaged when my timer caused the voltage to drop. That was what was causing my pump to overheat.
I had the same proble and the mother board had gone out. You will probably need to replace the mother board if yu haven't already
