I don't have a good suggestion for you, but maybe someone will. I recently replace my pool, but ordered my liner through my local pool company. I like having somebody local to go back to if there is a problem. There may be some other members who have bought liners online who can make a suggestion for you, though.

    Is this your first pool!

I put in a used 27" EW last year. I remember there were several online vendors of EW liners but I wanted to have a deep middle. Since I couldn't find an expandable EW liner I decided to convert to an overlap liner. It wasn't particularly difficult but the EW wall edge with the top rail installed is almost an inch wide so I couldn't use standard pool coping. Instead I used Vinyl siding "J Channel" from Lowes. This is the end capping use for vinyl siding when the side meets an inside corner. I found that the channel width is perfect for use as a coping strip for installing an overlap pool liner in my EW pool. It snaps perfectly over the top rail and holds the liner nicely. I just had to cut off the nail tab with a razor knife. I also used a couple of layers of heavy duty duct tape over the original EW liner holder so the liner wouldn't abrade against it. Now I've got a "doughnut" pool with a wide 44" deep outer ring and 58" deep middle. Works great.

I also had several sections of rotted bottom track. I went to Lowes and picked up 1" aluminum right angle and with some creative notching you can curve it. I sprayed it with car undercoating for protection.

For patching panel corrosion use aluminum sheet metal from Lowes. In addition I repainted the entire pool using Rustoleum latex aluminum primer and then Rustoleum indurial oil enamel. Pool looks brand new.

The downside, like any overlap pool, is that I will now have to take off the top pool rails when I eventually have to replace the liner.
