I know nothing about this cleaner, but just wondering if it was meant for a liner inground pool or a hard-bottomed inground pool. You don't want to risk damaging your liner if it wasn't meant for vinyl.
Well, my wife obtained an Aquabot Turbo T for our 30' above ground pool. At first I thought it would be overkill, but now I'm thinking I might keep it and try to use it, since it would probably climb the walls like our old one did in our inground pool. Has anyone used an Aqubot inground cleaner for an above ground pool?

I had an aquabot I used at my last house. It had an inground vinyl liner pool, and did an excellent job keeping it clean. I left it with the pool for the new owners, and they love it too. It is made for virtually any type of surface. Our new house has a 30' round above ground, and I spent all last summer using a Hayward LadyBug, and I wasn't happy with it at all. So, I decided to get another self contained Aquabot. I didn't think about the rails around the top of the pool, as the unit will come up out of the water to scrub the waterline. In all the years I've been on this forum, I don't believe I've seen this question posted. Just wondering if anyone with an above ground pool has used one.
