No suction on skimmer line

Yeah the skimmer is full of water

Okay, I stuck my drain king on the pump side and skimmer side and I can move water either way. Still very little to no water coming out when pump is on and only skimmer valve is open. I guess snake be next option.

Is there air in your pump basket?

Maybe a stupid question, but have you backwashed your filter?

Just had this problem although not sure what a Drain King is. The pool guy said water from a hose will flow through a clog but not clear it. He used a blast from a CO2 tank and the wad came right out.
