Default Hayward Heater H-series LoNox 400,000 BTU

I have a Hayward Heater H-series low Nox heater. I have already had to replace the combustion blower 2 times and the blower just blew out again. All the repair people I've had in just want to replace the blower "again." Does anyone know what could be causing the combustion blower to blow out.

Please help. I've already spent a small fortune on this heater and would like to have some knowledge on what the repair person should be looking for the next time I call them in.

Thanks in advance for your help.

I have the same heater but have not had the same problem as you. How old is yours? Mine is only 9 months old which gives me some worry. The only thing I can think of is something is restricting air flow. Is this in a building or is the ducting too small?

The heater is 5 years old but the problem has been ongoing for the last two seasons. The unit is outdoors so duct size is not an issue. All vents around the unit are clean with no restrictions.

Call Hayward and have one of their local service reps to come and investigate. If its faulty repair parts or a manufacture defect they will repair your heater for free.
