Wow, that is a good price!

Ive purchased from them before (albeit a while ago.....about 3 years).....got my Northstar pump from them. The price was OK, but their shipping was half the cost of everyone elses. Once they shipped the order, they balked at the actual shipping cost (I guess they based it on all other Hayward pumps, which weigh about half as much). They were nice enough about it that I split the difference with them.

Later on (1.5 years later!) I needed proof of purchase for a warranty issue. I called them up and had a PDF of my invoice within 15 minutes. I call that good customer service!
