Default Above Ground Pool Repair Costs

I was out doing some pool maintenance a couple of weeks ago and noticed our pool liner in one spot has pulled away from the coping and dropped down almost to the water level. In working under the deck I also noticed a lot of rust along the bottom of several of the steel walls on the pool. It appears we have a leak somewhere but I have been unable to locate it. The liner has been in place since 2005. I believe our Artesian Echo Canyon pool came with a lifetime warranty on the frame so I'm going to contact the company and dealer about that issue. What complicates the problem is we have an aluminum deck and fencing completely around the pool and it's a salt water pool with an SWG. We are also in the middle of an extreme drought here in central Texas and on a well system. I don't like the thought of draining and refilling 28000 gallons of water. Also concerned about the effect of salt on the top soil and plants. I plan to pay someone to do the work but is there anyway to reuse the treated water. (Water storage?) I plan to replace the liner and the defective wall panels.

Any ideas on cost for such a job? Most pool places contract the work out and I'm still waiting on a few callbacks.
Deck and fencing will need to be removed to get to the top rails.

I wonder if there is a clause in the warranty agreement about a salt pool. There were comments posted on this topic a while back. Also, about saving the water, check this thread:

Well I wanted to follow-up on this post. Artesian has no warranty exclusions on using an SWG. The Echo Canyon II is a hybrid resin and steel pool. They have agreed to replace the entire pool wall and bottom track under their non-prorated warranty. The Triac pool liner will be covered under their pro-rated 25 year warranty. I have to pay for 40% of the replacement cost. Since we live outside the city limits and are on a well water system during a terrible drought I contacted the city about other solutions. They volunteered to put a meter on the closest hydrant. Total cost to fill the 26000 gallon pool is about $127. I do need to supply the hose to the meter. The only other cost is the contract labor to tear it all down, replace the wall and install the liner. I'm being quoted $450-$800.
