Default Need Help With Broken 'AquaVac by Hayward'... aka TigerShark

I have had two tigersharks over the years. The first one spit out ball bearings, so I decided to get a new one. Currently, the 'new' one is spitting out ball bearings. I am tired of buying new ones, and this time I found out where they are coming out of... the ends of the rollers. Does anyone know how to get the rollers and belt off without breaking anything? Thanks.
