Pool Re-plaster - any way to "save" water?
Making plans for a re-plaster in a few weeks. Contractor anticipates dumping water into woods behind us (that's no problem), then we'd probably refill with 4-5 6,000 gallon deliveries, plus the garden hose, to be able to fill in less than 24 hours after plaster is done.
Seems like a huge waste of water (32,000 gallons), let alone money. Does anyone successfully pump water to holding tank(s) and pump it back when done? Or is this just too much darn water?
Thanks,
