    I'm not familiar with real name-brand kool-deck, but most of what is applied in our area is acrylic. My acrylic is about 2 years old, and even now, If I leave something wet on the decking overnight (like a swim mask), it will lighten the color of the acrylic. After a few hours in the sun, the color returns to normal and you can't even see the spot anymore

    I have kool deck and spotty at first. It does seem to dry very odd.

    I dont think reapply kool deck. It can only be applied to fresh concrete within 24 hours. Check the manufactures web site.
