The deck contractor came out and said the spots are mostly drying at different rates, and will continue to improve. He said me spraying water on it that night had no effect. He said 1-3 hours after he does deck it is fine to get wet. Here in FLA is rains alot in the summer ans he says he has seen then get water damage and this is not that. What he said seems to be holding true...getting better slowly so I am going to wait until pool is totally done and they acid wash it and look at results. If at that time I will talk to pool GC and maybe get him to stain it at that time if the coloring still bothers me.
