Default Proline sand filter and Proline Pump

    Hi,

I want to setup a dismantled proline sand filter for my above ground pool. The sand filter and pump are from proline and the connecting pipes between the filter, pump and pool have been dismantled. Can someone please post a diagram on how to connect these pipes together.

I don't know those brands but normally, the skimmer and drain are connected to the far end of the pump, on the end, so the incoming water hits the pump's filter basket. Water comes out of the pump on the other side and into the intake on the filter's multi-valve port...don't know which it is. If you have a top-mounted multivalve. there will be three outlets: Incoming, from the pump; outgoing, to the pool's returns, and to waste, for emptying and backwashing--usually on the opposite side of the multivalve. The sight-glass will be close to that one. If it's a side-mount filter, it's a little more complicated as there is a fourth connection to the Multi-valve port.
