    Default low amps cell

I have a pool pilot digital system i got with the pool in my house i just bought. I have put about 9 bags of salt in the pool, it is a 12,000gal. That should have it to around 3200ppm. The system is now saying Low Amps-Cell? I had around 9 volts, 1 amp, and after i cleaned the cell i get around 16 volts 1.1amp. Any ideas what is going wrong?

First step is to post a full set of test results including salt, CYA, CH, and TA.\

Also, just to check, do you have the control unit set to the correct size cell?

Finally , how old is the cell?
