    Default Ladder 'feet' are mildewy

The little rubber/vinyl 'feet' that fit on the wall end of my stainless steel ladder that keep the ladder from cutting holes in the inground vinyl liner are black with mildew. I cleaned them with magic erasers but there's still nastiness on them I would like to get them cleaned before installing the ladder so that this additional potential source of algae is gone. They look like shower stall caulking that needs to be replaced . . .

Is there a way to get them good and clean or should I just ditch them and buy new?

    Hello Kirsten

I don't know of any way to make them look new again

However they should cost you < $5 per. Be sure to take your old one in, when getting the new ones- there are a few different types and sizes - be SURE your new ones will 'match - up' with your ladder.
