    Default Suction

New issue this year. There is so much suction in the vac line that the end of it sucks tight to the bottom of the pool. What would cause this?

What condition is your vacuum head in? The reason I ask is that earlier this year, I was having the same kind of problem. When I inspected the bottom of my vac head, I discovered that the many of the bristles were missing which allowed the vac head to get too close to the liner. Bought a new one and the problem was solved. That may not be what is happening in your situation, but just tossing it out there as a possibility.
