Default What type of caulking do I need?

I noticed a small, 8 inch long, 1/4 inch wide gap under the granite ledge of my spa spillway. The gap is between the top of the wall tile and the bottom side of the granite where it hangs over the pool.

The pool is an in-ground gunite approximately 20,000 gallons with a raised spill-over spa.

There is also a narrow gap or crack between the top of the plastic waterfall opening (shear descents) and the bottom of the brick coping.

Is there a gray colored caulk made for pools that I can use to fill these gaps. If so, where do I buy it? I bought some 3M pool caulk/sealant at HD (its in a tube) but it is too liquid to use on a vertical surface.
    Thanks.

I think you could use a good polyurethane sealant in your situation. (Vulkem #116, Sonneborn NP-1, or Sikaflex)

The main thing is that you want to get the area clean and COMPLETELY DRY.
They also take quite a while to completely cure out. They will skin over in about 24 hours, and completely cure in 72 hours. There are many colors available and can be found at any good Concrete Accessory store in your area. If you are in a large market, then you probably have a White Cap. They will carry several different brands.

You should be able to use mortar/grout below the spa spillway. Did it open up after construction or did they just miss it. Not sure about the gap next to plastic, seems like caulk would bond better with dissimilar materials.

The gap under the spa spillover was just missed. I think I'll by a bag of grout for that area and get a tube of caulk for the other.
    Thanks
