Hook up the pump and filter and fill the pool with water if the level is too low to operate the pump. Scoop out as much debris as you can. Keep the pool at shock level (based on the cya level -- see the Best Guess chart in my signature below) as consistently as possible. Run the pump 24/7 while working to clear it, backwashing as needed. Once you have most of the debris off the bottom, you can brush the walls and floors. It will probably take a lot of bleach but it will clear up. Make sure you get the pH between 7.2-7.8. Keep us posted and come back if you have further questions.
