He's cute--did you keep him?

The tornadoes we had a couple of weeks ago blew a baby (1 1/2" diameter) red eared slider in my pool, and he's now a permanent resident in a tank in my kitchen, along with his buddy map turtle, who my younger daughter got to keep him company. THey're so much fun to watch!!

Nah I let him go. I asked someone I know how old he was and they said 15 years.

My yard is completely fenced off so he must have been here all along.
