Question To tile or not to tile?

    Hello,

I'm about to build a pool but have received opposite opinions on tiling from each of the contractors I have consulted. One says that in a climate where it freezes in winter but is very hot in summer that tiles of any kind won't stay stuck on more than 2 years. Another one says that they last longer than PVC lining and that the investment is worthwhile. A third says they will stay stuck on, but only with epoxy glue.

    So, any opinions?

    Tks very much,

I have exactly those conditions (live in OK) and my tile is still on after 12 years. I don't know if it is epoxy or not, as I didn't have it built.
