    I asked Ben about you not being able to see signatures. You should be able to click on settings in the upper right hand corner of the home page and then on general settings in the list on the left. Somewhere on the next page is a place to check "see signatures." Try it and let us know if it worked.

    Yeah Low'n'Slo is EXACTLY the same as generic Dry Acid, except for, of course, the excessive price charged for it.

    Total Alkalinity Raiser (and I think it's Biogard's Balance Pack 300) is nothing more than Arm&Hammer baking soda.

    pH Up!, (and I think it's Biogard's Balance Pack 200) and Soda Ash are nothing more than Arm&Hammer Washing Soda (in the yellow box)

    6% Liquid Shock is 6% Laundry bleach.

    It's deceptive sales practices like this that get all of us to doubt pool chem companies' guidance.
