Default where to get concrete coping form

I need to buy a concrete coping form to make repairs to my pool deck. It is the Keystone cantilever form for vinyl liner inground pool. I don't want to buy the whole box since I only need one 6 foot piece. Does anyone know where I can get one? Not sure if it is Mortex or Stegmier(unsure of spelling). I do know it resembles the mortex Keystone. I have needed this for over a year and have had no luck. Just hate to buy a whole kit of 112 feet when I only need one stick to repair cracked concrete and step handrail.
