Default Need to test, but it's been raining

Is it ok to test after a rain (it'a rained off and on last night and for the past few nights). I need to test because I've been trying to get the pool ready for opening, but I'm afraid the results are not accurate because of the rain.

As long as I wait for the pump to turn the water over once, am I ok to test?

You'll be fine. The water will be completely mixed with one turnover.
