    Default NEW Pool question

I just had a new pool constructed . They filled it with water last week. Initially the water was pea soup and we could not see anything. it cleared up this weekend. When the pool light is on the pool floor is horribly uneven , it looks like the kentucky rolling hills. We also had the Paramount PCC2000 pool cleaner installed and each head was plastered like a mini volcano. Instead of having the head cut even with the floor it looks like they were all cut high and they didn't even try to smoothe out the bottom to make level.

Here are a few links to some pics.. Quality isn't that great since the pool is still slightly green. But the water is dead calm, anything you see is the actual bottom and not water.

Have you actually felt the unevenness of the surface or does it just look that way through the water?

    oh its there..

Can't see it during the day but side lit it looks like I did it myself.

The Pool company came out there yesterday and took a look at it (they outsource the finish to another company) . They ended up draining it (12k gallons to the neighbors empty lot) and are refinishing it today.

I never received a proper explination as to what happened but hopefully its not worse this time.
