    Yes it will work just fine, BUT be very careful of the cords that you use to attache the cover to a reel. I had one dangling in the water once and the polaris grabbed it with a wheel and it burned up the belts in the polaris. Learned my lesson, hope to save you from learning it.

    I have an Aquabot and a solar cover. I'd worry that when the Aquabot climbs the side of the wall it would catch the cover in the roller and then you would have a mess. It's bad enough when the cord gets caught up in it. I just take my cover off during the day and run the Aquabot and cover it back up at night.
