lawn turning yellow arround ag pool

winterized 5 gallon chlorine baking soda last weekend
got some very unseasonal hot days and very windy on fri 80 k wind burst
now today sun noticed that 2 3 ft away from the 18in of river rock around the pool the lawn is turning yellow

Could be over-watering or underwatering. Or chems are leaking.

What does "winterized 5 gallon chlorine baking soda" mean?

winterized the local pool store told me to pour in 5 gal of chlorine and some backing soda
and algizide

Without current water test numbers, "some baking soda and algaecide" doesn't really mean anything to us. Are you asking if those are the reason why the lawn is turning yellow?

pool is closed and covered up was just wondering if the chlorine gas building up under the cover would cause the lawn to turn yellow
as after it was covered up we had a couple of 85 degree days (very unseasonal)
cholrine 5 gal
algized 500 mil
baking soda 2 500 mil box's

oh yeah lawn is watered with a inground sprinkler system on a timer set for ever 3 days for 2hrs a zone
